We conduct free estimates within a 45 mile radius of Centerville, Ohio where our shop is located. We charge $50 for any estimate outside of that radius, if you decide to go with us for the work, we take that $50 off your final total. This also applies to any buy/sell deals as well, we charge $50 for inspections and work with many realtors, if the buyer or seller goes with us for the work the $50 comes off the total price of the job. All estimates are sent via e-mail within 24-48 hours of our owners being on site at your property.
